Urgency frequency, urination frequency, and leakage episodes per day.
How bladder symptoms affect daily activities, sleep, and social life.
Daily pad use and how it changes after your implant.
Device usage, satisfaction, and any side effects or additional procedures.

You will be taken to a secure REDCap survey. After consenting, complete your first survey right away.
